Refund policy

If you would like to return a drop piece, you have from 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate the return process via contacting me. The buyer is responsible for purchasing return labels and ensuring the parcel reaches me safely (aka tracking is recommended). Only once I have received the item back and checked it is in original condition will a refund be processed.

If a piece is damaged or faulty send me a message and we can discuss what we can do about it. Always happy to talk, I take massive pride in my work and want my customers to feel assured and happy with their purchases. <3

Made to order items are final sale. They cannot be cancelled as I start ordering materials and working on them immediately. Thank you for understanding. <3
