PLEASE READ: NEW twist bail pendant.
This is where I solder a jump ring as the bail but leave it open, allowing it to be opened to the side and then attached to what ever you like. It works like a charm link without the charm link. As default just works like a normal pendant!
To attach: You must learn how to open a jump ring properly to do this, it is not tricky, just requires one pair of pliers (as the jump ring is already attached to the pendant on one side). It must be twisted to the side of the jump ring, not away. Keep it slow and the gap closed once finished. Watch this video to see!

Made to order items: Up to a week before dispatch, to allow me to order required materials & make your order (this may be slightly longer during busy periods but I will keep this section up to date!)

Please note once your order is scanned in into the postal service, I am not responsible and cannot control the delivery times/where your parcel is. It is better to contact them but I will always help where I can <3
UK: All UK orders are dispatched with 48hr tracking services through royal mail.
USA: All USA orders are paid so that duties & taxes are paid upfront, so there are no hidden fees. This is all calculated when the items are in your basket + you can track your order the full way! Add both email & phone number to your order for the best updates.
Australia/Canada/New Zealand: All dispatched & tracked through royal mail, duties & taxes I am not responsible for, if applicable this will be paid when you recieve your order.
Returns:
I accept the returns of all drop items, made to order items are customised & made to suit you however, so are not returnable.
The buyer is responsible for the return costs of your order & responsible for making sure the item returns to me. Once I have received the item I will issue a full refund. <3
